You are what you eat, your hair is directly affected by what you eat, like most things. The healthier the better. The more lean proteins, and veggies you eat the healthier your hair is. If you needed that extra motivation to start eating healthier, here it is, do it for your hair!
Your body just loves those natural proteins, omega 3s, fatty acids, and vitamins, why not help it out. You'll be really glad to have spent money on high quality human hair extensions from a good company because of the way they can make other people's head turn! However, you do have to be aware that once you have them installed in your hair either by bonding or weaving you'll have to take very good care of them otherwise your bonds will shed hair in large quantities. Thankfully there are quite a few things you could do in order to ensure the longevity of your hair extensions.
